This certificate, now in its sixth year, rewards tour companies that have achieved excellent reviews from travelers on TripAdvisor in the last year. Certificate of Excellence recipients include accommodations, restaurants and attractions located around the world that have consistently delivered a quality customer experience. The Certificate of Excellence takes into account the quality, quantity and timeliness of reviews submitted by travelers. To be eligible, a business must maintain an overall rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
